Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Uptime Guarantee

GetHost.One guarantees 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Uptime is measured monthly and excludes scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Performance Standards

We commit to maintaining the performance standards outlined on our Benchmarks page under normal operating conditions. Performance may vary based on site configuration, traffic patterns, and content complexity.

3. Support Response Times

  • Critical issues: 1 hour response time
  • High priority: 4 hour response time
  • Normal priority: 24 hour response time

4. Service Credits

If we fail to meet our 99.9% uptime guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits. Contact our support team within 30 days of the incident to request a credit review.
